02.1

The platform

This is an intentionally anonymized production Flutter platform. Isfan leads a team of three across architecture, sprint planning, code review, and direct work with business stakeholders.

He also shipped supporting internal tools and operational interfaces around the core product. The company, market, customers, connected services, and business domain are intentionally omitted.

02.2

Platform integration

The product combines several customer-facing workflows with native platform capabilities through Kotlin and Swift bridges. The public description deliberately stops before identifying the vendor integrations or the end-user scenarios they support.

02.3

One codebase, four screens

A Melos monorepo ships one Flutter codebase to four targets — phone, web, TV, and iPad. Shared logic stays in one place; each target keeps only what its screen actually needs, so a fix doesn't get retyped four times.

Native Kotlin and Swift bridges connect platform-specific capabilities to the shared app. Supporting content and internal tools stay behind the same carefully bounded product architecture.
