The AI layer
An OpenAI agent assistant, automated summaries, and generative workflows sit on top of the core platform. The public case intentionally omits the client, company, connected services, and business domain.
Multi-tenant, by design
Tenant isolation keeps each customer's data and sessions separated. The front end uses Chart.js, TanStack Query, Tiptap, and Sentry while the public description deliberately stops short of revealing the platform's market or customers.
